In a small Swedish town during the 1980s two strangers accidentally find themselves caught up in a drug cartel.

In the search for reconciliation with his past, Sami (Ola Rapace), ends up in a small town where he meets Kim (Ida Engvoll). They both meet the local gangster ‘The Old Man’, who runs a seemingly sophisticated methamphetamine empire together with his two sons. At first, everything is peace and joy, but when drugs start circulating in the town without The Old Man’s permission, attention is drawn to the newcomer Sami, who realises that he is in a dangerous situation.
